Actor Al Pacino, 83, has reportedly split from girlfriend Noor Alfallah - three months after she gave birth to their son.
The duo welcomed baby Roman Alfallah Pacino back in June but now Alfallah has reportedly filed for physical custody.
According to legal documents obtained by US publication The Blast, Alfallah has stated that “reasonable visitation” will be given to Pacino if custody is granted her way.
Alfallah's filing does still reportedly state Pacino will have joint legal custody over the tot.
Three-month-old Roman is the youngest of Pacino's four children.
The Godfather star shares three adult kids with two separate women, sharing twins Olivia and Anton James, 22, with fellow actor Beverly D'Angelo.

He is also the father to 33-year-old Julie who he shared with ex Jan Tarrant.
While Alfallah is reportedly granting joint custody in her legal documents, the aforementioned publication claims she'll be asking Pacino to foot the bill for any lawyer fees relevant to the case.
Pacino will also be required to pay a specific amount of child support although an exact number wasn't mentioned by the outlet.
While Pacino is an instantly recognisbale name due to his award-winning actor work, this isn't the first time Alfallah has hit headlines due to her love life.
Alfallah is reported to have dated Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger for a brief period in 2017.
Jagger - who recently announced a new album with his Rolling Stones bandmates for the first time in 18 years - was 74 at the time while Alfallah was 23.
In 2019, Alfallah was also romantically linked with veteran actor and director Clint Eastwood when he was 88 and she was 25.
However, Alfallah is reported to have stated the pair were solely friends after being pictured together.

Alfallah hasn't publicly addressed the news of her latest split on social media, with her latest post celebrating her newborn son instead.
She gushed over her baby in an adorable snap of him holding her finger while she wrote alongside: "My whole heart and the greatest blessing in my life. Roman."
The pair reportedly met after Alfallah grew close to Pacino's daughter Olivia before they started dating.
