If you own a Samsung 4K Smart TV or an external monitor, there's a game-changing new perk available until August 12, 2025. Samsung will cover the cost of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for two months, so you can enjoy a slew of blockbuster games on your Smart TV or monitor, including the likes of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, It Takes Two, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, DOOM: The Dark Ages, and Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, to name a few.

There's no need for a console or PC, your compatible Samsung device can stream the game via Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Aside from the Samsung-branded Smart TV or monitor that you already own, all you'll need to take advantage of the giveaway is an Xbox wireless controller to be able to stream the latest titles, or jump into online multiplayer.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate usually costs £14.99 per month, so this latest freebie for Samsung fans is worth £30. However, retailers like Amazon and CDKeys offer access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a discount.

The promotion was launched to celebrate the arrival of EA SPORTS FC 25 on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The latest entry in the hit football series, née FIFA, offers enhanced gameplay, deeper tactics, and polished new visuals.

“We are delighted to bring EA SPORTS FC 25 to Samsung TVs and monitors through cloud gaming on Samsung Gaming Hub,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics.

“As the world’s leading TV manufacturer, one of our goals is to immerse football fans around the world in the exciting game of football, whether they are playing the game or watching a match live on a Samsung TV.”

Samsung Gaming Hub, first introduced in 2022, has redefined home entertainment by giving players access to thousands of games directly on Samsung TVs and monitors.

This includes the 2025 TV series, spanning Samsung Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED 4K, OLED, QLED, The Frame and The Frame Pro, which are powered by Samsung Vision AI for AI enhanced picture and sound, along with new personalised features that bring people closer to the shows, movies and games they love.

In a first for the TV industry, Samsung has partnered with Microsoft to integrate Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) into its smart TVs and monitors, and now supports a wide range of streamed games from partners including NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and Amazon Luna.

Xbox Game Pass works across multiple devices including PCs, smartphones, tablets, and handheld consoles. In-game progress is synchronised across platforms, so can stream titles like Minecraft, Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, Sea of Thieves, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and Microsoft Flight Simulator on your Samsung TV or smartphone, then resume where you left off on an Xbox console or laptop, for example.

You can use the same wireless controller across all of these gadgets.
