Luke Littler claims the pressure is now off after winning his first PDC ProTour event at the Players Championship on Monday.
The teenager hit a nine-darter on his way to winning in Wigan and has been congratulated on social media by his girlfriend.
The tournament was the first opportunity for Littler to earn ranking points since his stunning emergence at the World Darts Championship.
He won all seven matches, including a stunning final against Ryan Searle, to secure victory on his ProTour debut.

Littler won the Bahrain Masters last month and came runner-up at the Dutch Darts Masters.
He has also impressed on the first two nights of the Premier League, losing in last week's final against Michael van Gerwen.
But in order to qualify for majors such as the World Matchplay and World Grand Prix, the 17-year-old needs to earn ranking points.
He brushed aside Jim Williams and Luke Woodhouse in the first two rounds, before rounding off a 6-1 victory over Michele Turetta with a nine-dart finish.
Littler came agonisingly close to another nine-darter in his next win against Cameron Menzies, before beating James Hurrell in the quarter-final.
He overcame a tight match against Alan Soutar in the semi-final, winning in a deciding leg 7-6.
The final against Searle saw both players average over 110 in an incredible encounter which again went to a decider.
Littler won against the throw to secure victory on his debut.
The teenager was delighted with the outcome and says his aim is to earn enough points to play in every tournament he can.
Littler said: "I know my game is there, I know I can beat anyone, and I’m really happy to have won.
"Me and my manager know what I have to do to qualify for the World Matchplay and the World Grand Prix.
"I’ve got about 13 or 14 ProTours before the World Matchplay, but it’s always good to get off to a good start.
"I want to try and qualify for everything, and I’ve just got to play my game. I’m taking it in my stride.
"It takes huge pressure off me, and now hopefully I can settle and enjoy it."
