Tottenham landed a huge win over Manchester City after Brennan Johnson and Joao Palhinha's goals downed the Premier League juggernauts 2-0 at the Etihad.
For Thomas Frank, it represents his first major win since arriving as Spurs manager and is a huge boost to their confidence ahead of the rest of the season.
Last season, Tottenham finished an astonishing 17th in the Premier League and might have considered themselves lucky not to be relegated.

Tottenham landed a huge win over City as they look to bounce back from a torrid season last campaign

But there already appears to be a seismic shift in atmosphere around the club, at least with the players, amid a tricky summer with transfers.
After a resounding victory over Burnley last week, Tottenham have six points out of six, look vibrant on the ball and solid without it - with the Etihad coming as a big early test of Frank's tenure so far.
And the Dane has passed with flying colours as Pep Guardiola's men simply could not muster any real significant chances to worry the visitors.
So what did we learn? GB News is on hand to reveal all.
Thomas Frank and Tottenham is Man City's kryptonite
Over the years, Brentford and Tottenham appear to have beaten City more times than anyone else - even with both clubs in dire form.
During the 2022/23 Premier League season when City won the Treble, the Bees under Frank were the only club to do the double over them.
Tottenham, meanwhile, have beaten City four times in their last five encounters including this afternoon. With Frank now in charge at Spurs, that is a dangerous combination for Pep Guardiola.
Playing out the back strikes again
Every team does it now, it sends fans barmy across the nation every weekend, but playing out from the back is not going anywhere anytime soon - and even the best get it wrong.
This time, it was James Trafford who was guilty of giving the ball away as a goal kick was passed to him by Ruben Dias before the goalkeeper held on to it too long and allowed Spurs to push forward.
His subsequent pass was cut out with ease before a bit of pinball found Joao Palhinha thump the ball through a sea of legs and into the back of the net just before half-time. Here's an idea lads, kick the ball up the pitch?

Sanitised half-time interviews are pointless
Thomas Frank's half-time interview is just another example of football executives making decisions no one wants
|TNT SPORTS
A new innovation brought in by the Premier League this year is half-time interviews with various players and managers throughout the season.
Today's sentence was handed to Spurs boss Frank, who was asked what he just told his players at half-time.
"Keep doing the right things, keep brave and keep the ball," he said. Insightful. We are all now fulfilled with untold knowledge, thank you TNT Sports.

Richarlison could be Thomas Frank's latest success story
Richarlison proved a handful for City's defnece

While at Brentford, Frank proved his brilliant coaching ability by the transformations of Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa as average Ligue 1 forwards to powerhouse Premier League strikers.
And it looks like he is already doing the same with Richarlison, who had looked lost under managers such as Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho and Ange Postecoglou. Now the Brazilian looks a formidable force with two goals and an assist already this season.
The Danish coach already revealed before kick-off that Richarlison was his preferred No. 9, and that is exactly what the 28-year-old has needed - an arm around his shoulder and a bit of love. He has that now - and Spurs are the benefactors.
God help us when Jordan Pickford retires
James Trafford should have been sent off before his mistake that saw Tottenham double their lead
|Reuters
All the signs are pointing to the fact that, when Jordan Pickford hangs up his gloves, Trafford will be England's new No. 1.
Now, at 22, the City star is still a baby when it comes to goalkeepers - but be warned, this will spell trouble for the Three Lions.
Trafford had a miserable afternoon in his first bow at the Etihad this season since his move from Burnley and was at fault for Palhinha's goal when his pass went to a Spurs player.
But there were several moments where a more clinical team would have punished City further; he flew out of his box on numerous occasions and was only saved by the bounce.
Why VAR did not intervene during one incident in the first-half is baffling - Trafford came sprinting out of his box to an onrushing Mohammed Kudus, missed the ball completely, planted a knee in the Tottenham forward's chest, and then punched the ball away. Red card all day.
Please stay fit for next summer, Mr Pickford.
