Todd Boehly has admitted that finding out just how much Chelsea fans care about their club has been "good news" and "bad news" while calling for patience for his project to bear fruit.
Chelsea entered a new era in 2022 when the Boehly-led consortium completed a historic £4.25billion purchase of the club.
It's been a whirlwind two years under Chelsea's new owners as they've broken records with their eye-watering spending levels.
More than £1billion has been spent with Chelsea's squad completely transformed and two managers have already been sacked.

But the transfer spending has failed to translate to success on the field with Chelsea finishing 12th last year and they're currently languishing down in 11th with 10 games remaining this year.
Mauricio Pochettino has come under pressure for failing to improve Chelsea's fortunes this season, but Boehly has borne the front of the supporter's anger.
Disgruntled fans have begun turning against the club's ownership with x-rated chants aimed at Boehly.
The American billionaire understands the frustration of Chelsea supporters, but has pleaded for calm as their project continues to take shape.
“We just need to let the process develop and give them the time to go from being unbelievable individual players with great skills to fold into a team,” Boehly told Forbes.
“The good news is people care so much. And the bad news is people care so much.
"That leads to times when they’re frustrated with the team and the owners.
"I get that, but we just have to continue to stay the course.”
Chelsea's season went from bad to worse over the weekend as they failed to defeat 10-men Burnley after being held to a draw.

And Pochettino challenged his players to immediately respond with their match against Manchester United on Thursday.
“I’m very disappointed in the way that in the second half we managed or dealt with the situation," he said.
"We are a team that, when we play in possession and play forward, we are able to create too many chances, maybe not to score all the chances we created.

“We need to improve our percentage in the games. After today, we didn't show the capacity, the energy, the anger.
"Sorry, but I am not with the performance when we don't have the ball.
"If we are able to create chances in the way we did and have the capacity to move and find all the different ways to penetrate a team that play with a very deep block.
"Yes, we need to accept that and recover the situation. On Thursday we have another game here and we need to be with all the energy to be competitive and clear our head now."
