There has been an early twist in the race for the Premier League title, with Liverpool losing ground to Manchester City following the 3pm kick-offs on Saturday.
The Reds had gone into their showdown with Nottingham Forest expected to blow their opponents away, especially given their impressive victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford last time out.
Yet Liverpool were frustrated by Forest, who picked up all three points courtesy of a stunning strike from Callum Hudson-Odoi.
It is the first time the Reds have failed to win since the appointment of Arne Slot back in the summer - and a result nobody saw coming.

As for City, they continue to look formidable.
Pep Guardiola's team are notoriously slow starters but, rather ominously, appear to have clicked into gear immediately this season.
A big upset looked to be on the cards when Yoane Wissa put Brentford ahead in the first minute.
Yet City came roaring back, with Erling Haaland scoring his eighth and ninth Premier League goals to secure all three points.
Another big game on Saturday was between Crystal Palace and Leicester.
Both sides have struggled for form early on this term - and it was very another bad day at the office for Palace, who needed a late penalty from Jean-Philippe Mateta to earn a draw.
Jamie Vardy netted in the 21st minute to put the Foxes in front, with Stephy Mavididi then doubling their lead.
Palace pulled one back through Jean-Philippe Mateta, with the striker then scoring a late penalty to prevent his side from crashing to another defeat.

Fulham thought they'd done enough to beat West Ham when Raul Jimenez struck, only for Danny Ings to score late on to earn a point in a 1-1 stalemate.
And the match between Brighton and Brentford ended goalless, with the Seagulls maintaining their unbeaten start to the season.
Earlier in the day, Manchester United beat Southampton 3-0 at St Mary's.
It looked as though they'd fall behind when a penalty was awarded to the Saints early on following a foul from Diogo Dalot.
