Questions were understandably raised when Manchester United signed Rasmus Hojlund for £64million last summer, but the 21-year-old now appears to be exactly what the club have been yearning for since Sir Alex Ferguson retired.
It wasn't until Boxing Day that Hojlund scored first Premier League goal but he's not stopped since then.
Questions were once again being asked whether United had made yet another mistake with a central striker signing.
United have had a poor track record of strikers in recent years with Romelu Lukaku, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani failing to fit into what the club needed.

While some enjoyed spells in front of goal, they were all seen as quick fixes as opposed to looking towards the future.
That ultimately proved to be the downfall for Ole Gunnar Solskjear and Jose Mourinho.
And the first few months of this season threatened to have the same result for Ten Hag with Hojlund misfiring in the league.
But the Dutchman has been proven right since the turn of the year with Hojlund now banging in goals for fun with his confidence sky high.
He added two more with United pulling off a hard-fought 2-1 victory away to Luton on Sunday.
Kenilworth Road has not been an easy place for teams to visit this season with Liverpool drawing 1-1 with Luton back in November while Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham and Chelsea have only lost by a single goal on their visits.
But Hojlund proved to be the difference for United as they recorded their fourth consecutive win to keep tabs with the teams inside the top four.
The 21-year-old's seven goals in just six matches have revitalised United's season at just the right moment.

Ten Hag will need Hojlund to continue his rich vein of form if they're to break back into the Champions League places.
Hojlund will also need more help from those around him with Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho wasting several chances against Luton.
But the signs are there that Hojlund could be the answer United have long been looking for as their main man through the middle.

A home clash with Fulham awaits next week before the second Manchester derby of the season at the start of next month.
Hojlund will be key in both matches with United in need of continuing their unbeaten run to 2024.
But that £64m gamble United made to sign the unproven talent is starting to look like good business after all.
