Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer have opened up on Viktor Gyokeres after the Arsenal star struggled to make an impact in his side's 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Gunners managed just nine shots on goal during the contest, compared to their rival's 22.
But Arsenal were still able to secure victory nonetheless, with Riccardo Calafiori heading home the only goal of the game in the 13th minute.
While it was a big win for Mikel Arteta's team, Gyokeres struggled at the tip of their attack.

The forward, who was unstoppable for Sporting Lisbon last term, was nullified by United's back three of Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw.
Lineker, speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, admitted that it was a 'tough start' for the 27-year-old.
He said: “It was a tough start for him, he didn’t really get a kick.
“Arsenal weren’t really free flowing at all, they were miles below their best, but they got their three points and they’ll be delighted with that. They defended really well, but they didn’t offer much going forward.

“Obviously he [Gyokeres] came off after just over an hour with barely touching the ball, but that happens for a striker sometimes.”
As for Shearer, the Newcastle icon was in agreement.
“It was a tough afternoon for him. We can’t judge him yet; he’s going to need time to adjust," he said.
Shearer did, however, praise Gyokeres for his strength and speed.

“Obviously, across the ground, he looks really quick, strong and powerful, but he hardly had any touches in and around the 18-yard box," he added.
"He’s going to have to get used to a different style of play.”
Arsenal were surprisingly subdued on Sunday, with United the better of the two teams.
Had it not been for a fine individual performance from David Raya, the Gunners could feasibly have returned to north London empty-handed.
Arteta hailed the result as 'massive' and was pleased his team were able to come through the clash unscathed.
"It's a big win for the first game of the season coming to Old Trafford," stated the Spaniard.
"You have the sense that they (Man United) want to build this momentum, this new energy with the new signings that they had, and to come here and get away with a win, it's a massive result.
"I think we've done some very good things in the game, and some things that are not our standards, but I'm so pleased about the way we reacted to that.
