And England players' wives and girlfriends have turned out in full force for the big event in Germany.
Megan Pickford, the wife of Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, has been snapped pouting for a selfie with Ellie Alderson.
Megan and Pickford have been together since their days at school, with reports saying they first started dating when they were 14.

He has been playing in the middle of the park, despite being a right-back by trade.
Southgate said after the 1-1 draw with Denmark that Alexander-Arnold was being used in midfield as an 'experiment' in the absence of Kalvin Phillips.
Phillips has been a regular at previous tournaments.
However, the Manchester City has been snubbed by Southgate after struggling during a disastrous spell at West Ham.
