Harry Kane was back in north London with Bayern Munich for their Champions League quarter-final against Arsenal.

Arsenal fans were quick to poke fun at Harry Kane after Bukayo Saka scored the first goal in their Champions League quarter-final clash against Bayern Munich.

The Champions League throws up some fascinating stories every year and delivered again this year with Kane returning to north London for the first time less than a year after he left Totteham.

The England captain had an impressive record for Spurs in the north London derby, scoring 14 goals in 17 league meetings.

He's taken that goalscoring form into the Bundesliga with 38 in all competitions in his debut season with Bayern.

But all eyes were on the 30-year-old on Tuesday to see how he would handle returning to the Emirates with his new side.

Bayern have been out of form recently, losing back-to-back league games to put them out of the title race.

That put even more pressure on Bayern to get off to a good start away to Arsenal, but Saka put the home side in front after just 12 minutes to send the Emirates crowd wild.

Cameras immediately panned to Kane, who looked forlorn as he returned to Bayern's half for kick-off.

And Arsenal supporters were quick to mock the Bayern striker after their side took the lead.

One Arsenal fan mockingly said: "Lets all laugh at Harry Kane."

Another wrote: "Saka got Arsenal the lead too? Harry Kane losing is great for the sport lol."

A third posted: "Harry Kane has carried his bad luck to bayern. Perennial trophy winners, immediately he joined them they become losers."

But Arsenal's lead didn't last long as Serge Gnabry levelled for the visitors six minutes later.

And Kane got himself on the scoresheet before the break after burying a penalty past David Raya to give Bayern a 2-1 lead.

Arsenal fans behind the goal were seen trying to put Kane off, but the England star showed his nerve to send the Gunners goalkeeper the wrong way.
