The female Red Bull employee at the centre of the investigation into Christian Horner has now been questioned by investigators after she appealed the result of the initial probe.
The Red Bull team principal was at the centre of a controversial investigation at the start of the year after allegations were made against him by a female employee.
Horner, who has always denied the accusations, was eventually cleared by an investigation carried out by a senior independent lawyer.
The woman who accused Horner of controlling behaviour was suspended after the investigation.

But it was reported last month she had lodged an appeal after her intitial complaint against Horner was dismissed.
The Sun now indicate that the appeal process is underway and could roll on for another month.
A source is said to have told The Sun: “The KC leading the appeal process had hoped to interview her sooner, but there was an unavoidable delay.
“A lot of work has gone into the appeal already. But her evidence will obviously form a substantial part of the new investigation.
“It’s important to get it right."
The source added: “It is possible Christian may be asked further questions in light of anything new she has to say.
“He has co-operated fully throughout and will continue to do so.”
Horner's wife, Geri Halliwell, showed that she was standing by her husband amid the investigation scandal by attending the first two races of the season.

The married couple walked hand-in-hand and kissed in front of the cameras in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
The latter race also saw Horner call for questions about his private life to stop after being cleared by the investigation.
"It has been of great interest in different elements of the media for different reasons," he said.

"I think it's time to draw a line under it. And to focus on what is going on on track."
He added: “Obviously it’s been a very trying period. I’m married and have three children, and when that intrusion involves your children, and your marriage – and I’m very thankful I have a beautiful family and a very supportive wife…
"But I’m the only one who has been named in this. So of course, it’s very trying. When there’s children involved, family, parents… it’s not pretty.
“The reality is there was a grievance that was raised. It was dealt with in the most professional manner by the group, not Red Bull Racing but the parent company. They appointed one of the top barristers in the land. He looked at everything. He looked at all the facts. And he looked at the case and dismissed the grievance.
“My wife has been phenomenally supportive throughout this. But the intrusion on my family is now enough."
