The match was closely fought affair and Gerwyn Price was able to lead at the break 6 legs to 4.
Littler looked frustrated with himself as he stormed off stage as he looks to defend his title from last year.
Price has been The Nuke's bogeyman, having won six of their last eight matches.
Littler worked hard to gain back his break of throw, but missed his first chance to level it up in the 12th leg, but made sure to make Price pay when he couldn't keep his lead.

Littler managed to break his throw and didn't look back winning the match 10 to 7.
The Premier League finalist told Sky Sports: "When Gezzy went 6-4 up and we went off stage I needed to get myself up for it. I stormed off stage, I had to.
"I was very nervous for the first five or six legs. But I love coming on after a break, relaxed and got the job done. I can relax now."

Littler became a completely different player at the break, he came out throwing with confidence.
Littler won six of the seven legs after the break and took his place in the final, facing either Nathan Aspinall or Luke Humphries.

Price looked very frustrated in the second half, as his opportunity to make it to the final was slipping away before his eyes.
After a strong start, his throw faded as Littler worked his way back into the match and finally beat the man who many have seen as the only man to stop Littler claiming victory.

Luke Littler will now wait to see who he faces in the final at the O2 Arena.
The Nuke will aim to defend his title and take home the £275,000 prize later tonight.
