Tyson Fury asks boxing star to join camp for Oleksandr Usyk rematch as details revealed

Billy Joe Saunders claims Tyson Fury has asked him to join his camp ahead of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk later this year.
Fury was beaten by the Ukrainian back in May, with Usyk winning via split decision after wobbling his rival in the ninth round of the clash.
It was the Gypsy King's first defeat of his professional career, one that hurt Fury and his reputation.
He is adamant he will win the rematch later in the year, however, with the 36-year-old currently hard at work as he prepares to return to the ring.

Saunders is preparing for his own return, having last fought back in 2021 when he lost to Canelo Alvarez.
Now, speaking to talkSPORT, the 35-year-old has revealed Fury wants him in his camp as he seeks a return to winning ways.
Saunders said: “I’m not making any excuses for him, but I know what went on in camp and what didn’t go on in camp [the first time around].
“I know that even when it came to sparring and other bits and bobs, there was stuff missing out of it that needs to be rectified and put right this time.
"He’s [Fury] asked me to go away to training camp with him.
"So, I’m delighted to say I will be going with him."
Saunders feels Fury can't 'outbox' Usyk. He does feel, however, that there's still a way for the Briton to reign supreme.
“Tyson Fury, he can beat Usyk three times in one night with one simple game plan," he said.
The fighter continued: "My honest opinion is I don’t think there’s anyone out there who can outbox Usyk.
"Tyson has got to get it out of his head that you’re not going to be running at this man or waiting.
“It’s very, very simple how to beat him. You have to use your size. You have to use your physical advantages. You have to use every attribute to full effect with this man.
“I believe Tyson will win the next fight, and I believe that he will win by knockout as well."

Usyk, meanwhile, has insisted he only wants to fight Fury or Anthony Joshua - and has no interest in going up against anyone else.
Joshua is currently preparing for his bout with Daniel Dubois.
Victory over Dubois would boost his chances of facing Usyk for a third time, having previously lost twice to the Ukrainian.

Usyk said: “Well, this is a rematch with Fury and possibly a third match with Joshua.
"Only with these two guys it is still interesting, from now on let the youth get fit and work.
"The logical line is that, apart from Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, I have no desire to box with anyone."
