Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will step into the ring next month in a controversial fight.

Mike Tyson's son has laughed off footage of Jake Paul's latest sparring session with boxing fans expressing concern about the YouTube star's ability to compete.

The controversial fight between Paul and Tyson is little over a month away with both putting in the final preparations.

Tyson has been posting regular videos and clips to social media throughout the summer of him putting in work in the gym.

Paul has been secretive in comparison in sharing footage of him training for the fight and has instead put up clips of him wearing a fat suit and eating fast food.

That all changed at the weekend though as Paul shared a short clip of him putting in work in the ring.

The video showed Paul in a sparring session, but the clip failed to impress some viewers who feel Paul is not completely ready for next month's fight.

Tyson's son, Amir Tyson, also made his feelings clear on what he'd seen from Paul by posting five laughing emojis.

But others were left wondering how Paul was going to get ready to fight Tyson next month.

One user asked: "Why does Jake look slow and sluggish?"

Another wrote: "Jake Paul gone get slept fighting like that."

A third mockingly posted: "Oh my Lord, he threw half a punch."

One other person said: "Very slow!"

Paul's girlfriend Jutta Leerdam was also among those to comment on the video, writing: "Let's go baby."

The fight will be Tyson's first professionally sanctioned bout since he retired back in 2005.

He fought against Roy Jones Jr back in 2020, but the clash was classified as an exhibition.
