Jake Paul is set to face former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on 28 June at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
The bout will mark Paul's first fight since defeating Mike Tyson in November while the cruiserweight contest will be broadcast worldwide on DAZN pay-per-view.
Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, had been seeking an opponent after a proposed fight with Canelo Alvarez fell through.
Chavez Jr., son of Mexican boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., brings significant professional experience to the matchup.

ReutersPaul, 28, currently holds an 11-1 professional record with seven knockouts.
His victory over 58-year-old Tyson last November was a one-sided unanimous decision that drew record-breaking viewership.
The Netflix broadcast attracted 65 million households, making it the most streamed sporting event in history.
Paul has won five consecutive bouts since his sole professional loss to Tommy Fury in February 2023.
His recent victories include knockouts against Mike Perry, Ryan Bourland and Andre August.
Chavez Jr., 39, brings a professional record of 54-6-1 with 34 knockouts to the contest.
He held the WBC middleweight title from 2011 to 2012, making three successful defences before losing to Sergio Martinez.
The Mexican boxer has faced high-profile opponents including Canelo Alvarez, who defeated him by unanimous decision in 2017.
Chavez Jr. returned to action last July after a nearly three-year layoff, defeating former UFC fighter Uriah Hall by unanimous decision.
He had previously lost four of his seven fights dating back to 2017.
Both fighters share a common opponent in Anderson Silva, the former UFC middleweight champion.
Paul defeated Silva by unanimous decision in October 2022.
Chavez Jr., however, lost to Silva via split decision in 2021 during the UFC legend's return to boxing.
This common opponent provides an interesting measuring stick for the upcoming bout.

Chavez Jr. fought on Paul's undercard last July when he defeated Uriah Hall.
Paul was bullish about his chances in the upcoming fight, stating: "I will knock out Julio and make Chavez Sr proud in ways Junior never has."

The event's co-feature will see Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez defend his unified WBA and WBO cruiserweight titles against mandatory challenger Yuniel Dorticos.
