The confirmation ends weeks of uncertainty after promoter Eddie Hearn had declared the bout "dead" in July, with Benn reportedly exploring alternative opponents.
The 28-year-old even demanded that Eubank retire last month, insisting he should "sail off into the sunset".
Eubank Jr secured a unanimous decision victory when the fighters first met in April at the same venue, dealing Benn his inaugural professional defeat after 12 intense rounds.

The bout had originally been scheduled for October 2022 but was cancelled when Benn tested positive for Clomifene.
Plans for a September rematch collapsed when Eubank Jr failed to respond to proposals, prompting Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh and financial supporters Sela to withdraw from discussions.
The April encounter saw Eubank Jr penalised £350,000 for exceeding the middleweight limit by 0.05 pounds, while both fighters faced a 10-pound rehydration restriction on fight day.

Benn has acknowledged the need for a different approach in the rematch, stating he plans to be "less emotional" when facing his rival again.
"Less heart, more brains, you know?" he told Sky Sports last month, reflecting on his performance.
The 28-year-old described his eagerness throughout the April contest, noting he was on his feet 30 seconds before each round began.

Conor Benn believes he was too emotional in the first fight
| PAHe expressed confidence about the rematch, saying he would "steam straight into him" but with greater tactical awareness.
"Experience gained, lessons learned, going to get in there and handle business," Benn added, emphasising his readiness for redemption.
Sky Sports analyst Johnny Nelson has backed Benn to reverse the result in November's rematch.
"I don't think Eubank can improve on his performance," Nelson stated, noting that Eubank's movement appeared restricted during the April bout, describing his legs as "stiff" and "stuck in quicksand."
Nelson predicted the contest would again go the full distance but with a different outcome.
"Conor now knows what he's capable of doing," he explained, expressing his belief of a Benn win this time around.
