Fans spotted Princess Eugenie's lockscreen during a recent outing with Princess Beatrice.
The 35-year-old royal attended the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix last weekend, where eagle-eyed observers noticed a touching tribute to her children.
Like many parents, the Princess keeps her little ones close even when they're not physically present, with the previously unseen photo showing mother and son grinning at the camera.
Eugenie was joined at the motorsport event by her husband, Jack Brooksbank, who was later photographed with his arms lovingly around his wife's shoulders.

Her sister Princess Beatrice and brother-in-law Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were also in attendance.
The royal gathering included their cousins Peter Phillips with his girlfriend Harriet Sperling, as well as Zara Tindall and her husband Mike.
It is not known whether Eugenie's sons, August and Ernest, accompanied their parents on the trip to the Middle Eastern country.
The Princess looked elegant in a forest green Reformation dress for the event, which she paired with white trainers.

Her stylish ensemble was completed with matching sunglasses and a raffia-style bag.
Edoardo later shared a charming image capturing a tender moment between Eugenie and Jack.
The photo showed the couple giggling as they walked along the grid together, with Jack placing his arms affectionately around his wife's shoulders.
Eugenie is a devoted mother to her two young sons, August, four, and one-year-old Ernest.
August is set to start school in September, while Ernest will turn two on May 30.
In an Instagram post marking August's fourth birthday in February, Eugenie wrote: "Happy birthday my darling Augie.
"4 today. And what an amazing 4 years."
LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
Eugenie and Jack split their time between their Kensington Palace cottage in London and Portugal, where Jack works for a property development business.
The couple, who married in Windsor on October 12, 2018, after meeting on a skiing holiday in Verbier in 2010, balance family life with their professional commitments.
While Eugenie is not a full-time working royal like her cousin Prince William, she juggles motherhood with a full-time job and philanthropic commitments to various charities.
