Buckingham Palace has confirmed that the King will be supported by three senior royals at a major event next week.
King Charles will host a reception at Windsor Castle on June 12 for recipients of The King's Award for Enterprise.
Several senior royals will step in to support him during Queen Camilla's absence.

The reception will celebrate 197 British businesses that have been recognised for their achievements across four categories: innovation, international trade, sustainable development and promoting opportunity through social mobility.

This marks the 59th year of the awards and the third year recipients will receive The King's Awards for Enterprise following the scheme's name change.
Winners are permitted to display The King's Awards Emblem on their products and promotional materials for five years.
The 2025 cohort of 197 businesses span diverse industries, with two companies achieving recognition in multiple award categories.
The awards recognise excellence across four distinct areas: innovation, international trade, sustainable development, and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
Recipients range from cutting-edge defence suppliers to eco-friendly tourism ventures, reflecting the breadth of British business achievement.

Among this year's recipients is Jellycat Limited, recognised for creating innovative, design-led branded toys and gifts distributed globally.
Deluxe Art & Theme Ltd, a fit-out contractor specialising in story-led interiors, has also been honoured for its work on major attractions including Jurassic World, Disneyland Paris and Universal Orlando's new Harry Potter theme park.
Level Peaks Associates Ltd has received recognition as a supplier of innovative defence and security equipment.
Camp de Rêves Glamping Ltd, based in Guernsey, has been awarded for its eco-friendly practices and materials that minimise environmental impact whilst offering luxury experiences.
The Guernsey glamping site's achievement marks a historic moment as the first company from the island to receive The King's Award for Enterprise.
