Keen eyed royal fans spotted a heartwarming link in a rare glimpse of the youngest Sussex child

Princess Lilibet has been spotted carrying a £35 rainbow crossbody bag from British toy brand Jellycat - a maker also beloved by Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The four-year-old appeared briefly in in a new Instagram video shared by her mother, Meghan Markle, which promoted the Duchess of Sussex's As Ever lifestyle brand on Tuesday.

Eagle-eyed fans identified the accessory as Jellycat's Amuseable Rainbow Bag, which retails for £35.

The soft toy brand, founded in London in 1999, has become a global phenomenon loved by children and adults alike.

The fleeting glimpse shows Lilibet and Meghan standing on a bridge whilst foraging for fruit in their garden.

The toy brand recently received royal endorsement from Prince William, who described Jellycat products as "children's currency" and "gold dust" during a Buckingham Palace garden party in May.

The Prince of Wales made the comments after receiving two Jellycat toys as gifts from Mateo Robayana, the younger brother of late teenage photographer Liz Hatton.

He told the royals that his sister Liz "would give (Jellycat toys) to people who 'made her happy'".

"My children will love these. They are children's currency," William said upon receiving a lemon pie and pickled onion Jellycat toy.

He added: "These are like gold dust. My children go crazy for these things."

William was referring to his three children he shares with Princess Kate, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Princess Charlotte was photographed holding a Jellycat Fuddlewuddle Puppy in images taken by her mother Kate at their Norfolk home in November 2015, when she was just six months old.

The video, captioned "A little behind the scenes of @aseverofficial. Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week!", shows Meghan practising calligraphy, picking raspberries, making jam and harvesting honey from her bees.

In the brief moment featuring Lilibet, the mother and daughter are seen searching for fresh fruits whilst crossing a wooden bridge.

The four-year-old wore a light pink outfit paired with the rainbow bag, whilst Meghan dressed in a white shirt and black shorts.

The footage appears to have been filmed at the family's Montecito mansion grounds, with the camera capturing the pair from across a stream.

Notably absent from the promotional content were Prince Harry and the couple's son, Prince Archie.

Neither the Duke of Sussex nor the six-year-old appeared in any of the clips shared on Monday. However, the household's canine resident made an unexpected cameo.

Pula, the family's black Labrador, was captured enjoying the Californian sunshine on the property's manicured lawn.

The video revealed multiple areas of the Sussex family's home, including footage of Meghan strolling past their outdoor swimming pool.

Additional scenes captured the duchess working in her kitchen and documented the production process of the fruit preserves.
