Princess Kate's brother James Middleton and his wife have welcomed their first baby.

James, 36, and Alizee Thevenet, 33, were pictured going for a walk with the newborn in Notting Hill on Tuesday.

The baby, whose gender has not been revealed, is the first cousin of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

James and Alizee have kept the exact details of their baby's birth private.

Middleton shared a picture of his wife's baby bump on September 12 2023 to celebrate their anniversary with the caption: "Two years married and I couldn’t be more in love with you and still, the best is yet to come."

Earlier this month, Princess Kate's parents were targeted by a vile hate campaign in the area where the family has lived for decades.

Malicious messages were plastered on lamposts and trees in Carole and Michael Middleton's home village Bucklebury, Berkshire.

Some suppliers are still owed money following the closure of Party Pieces, the company sold by Kate's parents shortly before it went bust earlier this year.

A source told The Sun: "Carole and Michael are incredibly popular.

"Everyone is horrified by these posters. It’s unfair to do this in their home village, just yards from where they live.

“Their son James lives nearby and so does Pippa who has moved around there recently with her family so they all have to be confronted by this.

"They are doing their best to make things right and don’t deserve this kind of abuse."
