Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice, Zara Tindall and Lady Louise Windsor have been tipped to "pick up the slack" to help Prince William and Princess Kate by a PR expert.
The Princess of Wales has faced serious health concerns this year, beginning with major abdominal surgery in January.
This saw Kate, 42, being hospitalised at The London Clinic for 13 days before returning home to Adelaide Cottage.
The mother-of-three later announced she had begun a course of preventative chemotherapy after tests found that cancer was present.

As a result, the princess has stepped back from public life until she has fully recovered.
Prince William initially stepped back to support his wife, but has begun a slow and staggered return to royal life.
A PR expert spoke exclusively to GB News to explain how other non-working members of the Royal Family can support the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Laura Perkes, a PR strategist and reputation manager said: "With the health of Princess Catherine, it's important for other members of the family like Zara, Beatrice, Eugenie and Louise to pick up some slack.
"As a result, William and Catherine will not have to shoulder all the responsibility for royal tours and engagements."
Zara, 43, Beatrice, 35, Eugenie, 34, and Louise, 20, are not currently working members of the Royal Family.
All four women are King Charles's nieces, however, they do not carry out duties on behalf of the monarch.
Many commentators have suggested that the older three, Zara, Beatrice and Eugenie, take up royal duties, especially while Kate steps back from the public eye.
LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
The trio joined Prince William, their cousin, last month at a Buckingham Palace Garden Party which was well received by royal fans.
Lady Louise, the daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, is currently a student at the University of St Andrews.
She therefore would not undertake any official duties until after graduation, should she choose to perform royal engagements.
