Princess Beatrice's £3,000 outfit appeared to send a powerful message to the Lionesses.
On Tuesday, more than 65,000 people lined the streets of London to welcome home England FC’s history-making Lionesses after they secured their second consecutive Women's Euros title.
The celebratory parade featured live performances from Burna Boy, revealed to be manager Sarina Wiegman’s favourite artist, and Heather Small, as well as speeches from the triumphant team.
A-list guests, including Amelia Dimoldenberg, joined the crowds to show their support.

One unexpected royal guest in the crowd was Princess Beatrice. Her appearance followed Prince William and Princess Charlotte’s attendance at Sunday’s dramatic final.
Beatrice joined the celebrations on The Mall with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, their daughters Sienna and Athena, and Edoardo’s son Wolfie from a previous relationship.
The Princess of York kept a low profile but wore a thoughtful outfit that subtly nodded to England’s flag colours.
She wore an ivory cable-knit jumper by Ralph Lauren, costing £1,135, paired with £155 red Mary Jane shoes from Rothy’s, a combination reflecting the red and white of the national flag and the Lionesses' home kit.

Adding a feminine flair to the look, Beatrice wore a £210 Superbloom Tapestry maxi skirt in blue from Brazilian label Farm Rio.
She completed her ensemble with her $980 (£737) diamond love ring by Sydney Evan, first worn in 2022, and the matching £926 bracelet from the same brand, first seen at King Charles’s Coronation in 2023.
The Royal Family has continued to champion women’s sport publicly. Following England’s win on Sunday, King Charles shared a personal tribute on social media.
It read: "This brings you, your manager and all your support team my most heartfelt congratulations on winning the EUROS 2025.

"For more years than I care to remember, England fans have sung that famous chant 'football's coming home.'
"As you return home with the trophy you won at Wembley three years ago, it is a source of great pride that, through sporting skill and awesome teamwork, the Lionesses have made those words ring true."
He added: "For this, you have my whole family's warmest appreciation and admiration.
"More than that, though, you have shown through your example over past weeks that there are no setbacks so tough that defeat cannot be transformed into victory, even as the final whistle looms. Well done, Lionesses. The next task is to bring home the World Cup in 2027 if you possibly can! Charles R".
