Edoardo's company website reads: "At Banda our mission was always to build.
"Not a portfolio of prestigious properties, but a reputation for creating exceptional homes across the globe.
"Whilst every project is unique, the philosophy behind each is unwavering: at Banda we strive to craft environments which are both intrinsically beautiful and faultlessly functional. Life, front of mind."
The property developer became a father in 2016 when his ex-partner, Dara Huang, gave birth to their son, Wolfie.

The relationship between Huang and Edoardo ended two years later, and the property developer began dating Princess Beatrice.
In 2020, the Princess of York married Edoardo in a private ceremony at the All Saints Chapel in Windsor during the COVID pandemic.
The royal couple have since welcomed two daughters, Sienna, three, and four-month-old Athena.
Edoardo is the son of Alessandro Mapelli-Mozzi, a British Olympian.

Alessandro is also a member of a formerly titled Italian noble family whose ancestral seat is Villa Mapelli Mozzi in the Bergamo province of Italy.
At the age of 23, with the support of his family, Edoardo started Banda, a property development and interior design company, which claims to develop homes in "undervalued" parts of London.
This has been challenged by property experts who argue that "there is nothing undervalued in Notting Hill", where one of Edoardo's projects is located.
Experts have also described the district as "a super prime residential destination".
