Prince William joked he would have to keep a gift away from Prince Louis as the young royal "steals from Princess Charlotte".
The Prince of Wales visited Swiss Valley Community Primary School in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire today, where he met pupils who took part in the 2024 Urdd Eisteddfod.
William, 42, met a pupil named Ruby Davies, who gave him some friendship bracelets she had made for his children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.
The prince replied: "That’s so sweet. They’re going to wear those, you’ll see them out and about."
William then joked: "I’ll keep them away from Louis because he’ll try and steal all his sister’s bits!"
Prince George and Princess Charlotte were both spotted wearing friendship bracelets earlier this year.
George wore his accessory during an outing at the Euro finals with his father, Prince William.
Meanwhile, Charlotte donned her bracelet at the Wimbledon final alongside Princess Kate and Pippa Middleton.

Many speculated the accessories were a subtle nod to pop star Taylor Swift, who encouraged her fans to swap friendship bracelets with each other at concerts.
George and Charlotte were spotted celebrating William's birthday at one of Swift's Wembley dates, and they even got the chance to meet Swift and take a group selfie.
During Tuesday's outing, Prince William also spoke to a royal fan named Pauline Thomas, 74, who asked him to pass on her best wishes to Princess Kate.
The Princess of Wales revealed on Monday that her course of preventative chemotherapy had been completed.
