Meghan Markle has shared a new video of Prince Harry showing off his surfing skills, set to a soundtrack celebrating him as “a mighty mighty good man.”
In the clip, posted to Instagram by the Duchess of Sussex on Friday, Harry could be seen wearing a backwards baseball cap, shorts and a long-sleeved top as he surfed the waves.
Meghan captioned the post: “We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you this important message.”
She added a cryptic fox emoji and overlaid the video with Salt-N-Pepa’s 1993 track Whatta Man, featuring En Vogue.

In the footage, shared on both Meghan’s Instagram feed and her story, the Duke of Sussex crouched low as a blue wave rolled around him before standing up, raising his hands in the air and clapping in celebration.
GB News understands that the Duke of Sussex, 40, has been undergoing surfing lessons near where he lives in California.
The lighthearted post comes as Meghan continues to promote her lifestyle brand, As Ever, which she launched earlier this year. Among her promotional tactics is sharing content from influencers showcasing As Ever products on Instagram.

Surfing has long been an interest of the Duke of Sussex.
Since moving to California, Harry has been spotted enjoying the waves on the Pacific coast, where surfing is a popular pastime.
The Duke has also been pictured with local surfers near Santa Barbara, not far from the couple’s Montecito home.
During his royal tour of Australia in 2018, he was photographed meeting surfers on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.

That same year, he tried his hand at “womping” — a form of body surfing — on South Melbourne beach during another engagement.
In 2017, Harry and Meghan visited a beach in Melbourne where he was gifted a surfboard to take home.
Back in 2015, Harry was seen with injured servicemen and women at a surfing therapy session in Cornwall.
His brother, Prince William, has also spoken about enjoying surfing, with both brothers known to have surfed in Cornwall during their younger years.
