The couple were pictured arriving in Atlanta following their trip to the tiny island of Canouan in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Last week, Meghan and Harry were pictured holding hands during their latest luxury holiday.
The couple were snapped leaving a gourmet food store inside the Sandy Lane Yacht Club and Marina in Glossy Bay on the island by a passerby.
The Sussxeses appeared at the World Mental Health Day festival in New York last week.

Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2, were not with the couple during the trip.
A source told the Mail: "They looked happy.
"As Harry walked out of the shop, he slightly bumped into one of the barrels [outside] and they both giggled and Meghan reached for his hand.
"They just looked very happy to be having a holiday together."
Meghan and Harry were criticised for taking a seven-car convoy to the event, despite only travelling around a single block.
