Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield slammed the couple for their own apparent misinformation

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ‘honesty and integrity’ have come under question amid their High Court libel case against the Mail on Sunday.

Harry is suing Associated Newspapers, the Mail's publisher, over an article written about his fight with the Home Office over his security arrangements while in the UK.

As a result, the Sussexes have been forced to pay nearly £50,000 to the Mail on Sunday, after a failed attempt to strike out part of the paper's defence.

Royal and showbiz commentator Kinsey Schofield joined Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster on GB News’ Breakfast to discuss the couple’s situation.

Eamonn began: “Two opposite stories. Two opposite outcomes, Kinsey, on all of this. It all looks good for the Wales’s, does not look good for the Sussexes. Give us your opinion.”

“Who is Harry not suing right now?!” Kinsey joked.

“I mean, I shouldn't say that. Knock on wood it's not me next!

“It looks like Harry is in fight or flight mode while the Wales family, under attack over the last few weeks, seem to be staying focused on the giving spirit and getting everyone excited about the holidays.

This was in reference to a video released yesterday of Princess Kate taking Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to The Baby Bank in Maidenhead last month.

Here, the family packed gift bags as part of the Christmas pyjama appeal, as well as referral bags for local families composed of clothes and toys.

“I think when it comes to this High Court situation, Harry's attorney is fighting, saying that the article that was published is an attack on Harry's honesty and integrity.

“That's how he worded this and it undermines Harry's charity work and efforts to tackle misinformation online.

“The irony, looking over the last 12 months, because how can you not look back over the last 12 months and think about honesty and integrity with Harry and Megan?

“There seems to have been a complete lack of it!

"And then the misinformation. Look at the slew of lies that have come to fruition over the last 12 months.

"We realised that a lot of the things that they told us, and Omid Scobie has told us, are not true!"
