The former President’s comments come just hours before the Duke of Sussex jets off to the United Kingdom for King Charles’ Coronation

Donald Trump has shamed Prince Harry over his “terrible attacks” against the Royal Family as he questioned the Duke of Sussex’s Coronation invitation.

During a world exclusive interview with GB News’ Nigel Farage, the 45th President also described the father-of-two’s Megxit memoirSpare as “horrible”.

Trump said of the Coronation and Charles and Camilla: "I think there's going to be a great day and I think that they will do a great job.

"And he loves the country [the UK] and really, I got to know him quite well.

"He loves the country, really loves the country, and he really loved his mother.

"That's why I thought it was, she was treated so disrespectfully by Meghan and just no reason to do that.

"I was actually surprised that Harry was invited to be honest.

Farage, who interviewed Trump from the former President’s Turnberry golf club in Scotland, replied: "I think at the end of the day, even after fallout, it's his son, isn't it?"

Trump continued: “"Well, I don't know, I mean different types of people, but I think it was very nice that they invited him but I was a little surprised.

"He said some terrible things when you see what he said, and the book was just ...to me, it was horrible.”

Prince Harry’s memoir Spare hit the shelves in January and quickly became the fastest-selling non-fiction book since UK records began.

The 38-year-old made numerous allegations about members of the Royal Family, even claiming he and Prince William urged their father not to marry Camilla.
