The latest Netflix trailer for Harry & Meghan shows the Duchess of Sussex is “a delusional drama queen”, according to a royal expert.
Asked if he thought Harry was saying his brother has favoured status, Rafe Heydel-Mankoo told GB News: “Spare may be the title of his upcoming book, but I think ‘spare me’ is really the reaction I have to all of these trailers that we've seen.
Rafe Heydel-Mankoo said he was 'glad Her Majesty the Queen isn't around'
Netflix
“I'm just glad Her Majesty the Queen isn't around to see this, to see her own grandson betray her memory, her family and of course the institution that's given him and his wife everything and upon which their current continued fame continues to rest and from which they clearly continue to profit to a great degree.
“By watching this trailer, I could really understand why Harry and Meghan got so panicked after the Queen died unexpectedly. I don't know whether you remember, in the Autumn, we were told that they were trying desperately to get Netflix to delay the release of this documentary or to cut bits out of it, because I think they felt it went too far.
“But they didn't have that final say, and I can see why Netflix would want to go ahead, because if the trailers are going to go by, there is quite explosive stuff here. Especially Meghan saying that she wasn't being thrown to the wolves, she was being fed to the wolves…”
Speaking to Patrick Christys, he said: “Harry asks, I wonder what would have happened to us if we’d not gone out when we did. Well, I can tell you the answer to that Harry - nothing would have happened, everything would have carried on the same except in this fantasy world that you and Meghan have created.”

“We're known for a long time that Meghan is a delusional drama queen but what's really unfortunate is to see through this documentary series how far Harry has been willing to go along with seeing his family traduced in this manner.
“And you sort of saw his reaction, cringing slightly on camera when Meghan mockingly did a curtsy and you can see that they know that he was in a bit of a dilemma over that.”
“There seems to be a complete lack of self awareness - within this country, the Commonwealth, we are going through one of the most difficult times in modern history, millions of people suffering from the after-effects of Covid, a cost of living crisis, health and healthcare is desperate, mental trauma is very difficult at this time because of all of these factors.
“And here we have these privileged and pampered prima donnas, complaining and asking for sympathy over the most trivial of matters when actually most of us would gladly trade our lots in to have the life of luxury that they lead.”
