The satirical animation series took multiple shots at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, regarding their claim of wanting a private life despite signing lucrative deals with Netflix and Spotify to publish content about their lives.
The series branded the couple "dumb" and "stupid" whilst also blasting Prince Harry's autobiography Spare referring to it as "Waaagh".
Sources said that Meghan had become "upset and overwhelmed" by the ridicule she and Harry faced from the series.
Chalamet addressed his and Jenner's desire for a private life despite them making a high-profile public appearance at a Beyonce concert in September when going public with their relationship.

In February 2023, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry released a statement addressing claims they were considering taking legal action against the TV comedy series.
A spokesperson for the Sussexes told PEOPLE: "It's all frankly nonsense. Totally baseless, boring reports."
Chalamet addressed his and Jenner's desire for a private life despite them making a high-profile public appearance at a Beyonce concert in September when going public with their relationship.
He told GQ: "This reminds me of that recent South Park episode with the ‘Worldwide Privacy Tour’."

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams highlighted the need for Meghan and Harry to keep the US public on their side following the release of South Park's episodes mocking the couple.
Fitzwilliams told GB News: "A lot of people will be laughing at them after South Park satirised the hypocrisy of their obsession with privacy whilst being constantly on air and in print attacking the Royal Family.

"Harry and Meghan are very unpopular in polls in Britain."
He added: "The Sussexes want a discussion leading to an apology from the Royal Family because they think they were badly treated when they were senior working royals. This is highly unlikely.
"If their support in America slips badly they are in serious trouble."
