King Charles's wealth has soared by £10million to £610million, making him much richer than the late Queen Elizabeth II, according to new calculations.
The late Queen, who died in September 2022, was worth £370million.
The monarch, who acceded to the throne in 2022, ranks 258th on the list of the UK's 350 wealthiest people and families.
In comparison, King Charles was listed as 263rd place in 2023.

Calculations by the Sunday Times Rich List suggest the monarch has benefited from a boost to the net worth of his properties.
The King inherited the late Queen's private estates Sandringham in Norfolk and Balmoral in Aberdeenshire, which are said to account for much of his financial fortune.
Only personal assets were included by The Sunday Times when assessing the sovereign's wealth.
Therefore, they did not include the Crown Estate, the Duchy of Lancaster, nor the Crown Jewels, which are held in trust by the King for the nation.

The King's estimated wealth, which is said to come from inheritance, property and investing, is much less than that of Queen Elizabeth II.
The late Queen's wealth was said to be worth £370million in 2022, with King Charles now estimated to be worth £240million more than his mother, rising from £600million to £610million in 2024.
The personal wealth of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his wife Akshata Murty has also surged by more than £120million to £651million from £529million, overtaking the King this year.
As the Prince of Wales, Charles received a private income of around £23million a year from the Duchy of Cornwall.

The news outlet's annual rich list reveals the wealth of the 350 richest individuals and families in the UK, based on identifiable wealth.
This includes land, property, other assets such as art and racehorses, or significant shares in publicly quoted companies.
