Archer's journey with the royal household began in 2010 when she joined as a personal assistant, following three years in the same position with the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
Her prominence grew in 2013 when she was among the first to arrive at St Mary's Hospital following Prince George's birth.
She notably carried the blue and white polka dot Jenny Packham dress that the then Duchess of Cambridge wore to present her firstborn to the world. By 2014, reports indicated she had evolved into the role of style adviser and wardrobe manager for the Princess.
Her transition from administrative duties to fashion consultancy marked a significant career progression within the palace hierarchy.

When the Princess wore a SENTALER grey wrap coat, the luxury brand's founder Bojana Sentaler revealed the collaborative process: "Her stylist discovered SENTALER and reached out to us directly. The entire relationship is very organic."
During the 2016 royal tour of India, Archer demonstrated particular ingenuity with a printed Anita Dongre dress.
The Mumbai-born designer explained the transformation: "In India, a lot of women would wear this ['Gulrukh' dress] with trousers and a stole.
“Her stylist has taken the stole and converted part of that into the belt and then chopped it off so it can be worn as a dress. She's amazing it looks easy, breezy and so contemporary."
