Meghan Markle has worn a jumper identical in style to one previously worn by the Princess of Wales.
In the trailer for the second series of her Netflix lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, appeared in a burgundy version of Sézane’s ribbed ‘Sami’ jumper, the same design Princess Kate wore in cream during a 2023 engagement.
The French label’s crew-neck knit featured a raglan shoulder and five decorative buttons running from wrist to forearm.

At the time, Kate paired the £125 jumper with a matching Naelle midi skirt, bringing the total to £245. She completed the look with pearl Simone Rocha earrings and Gianvito Rossi suede pumps.
Meghan’s burgundy version is priced at £155, more than £40 above the original cream, and is already sold out in most sizes online.
It is one of the Duchess’s more affordable choices for the upcoming series, with other outfits and accessories running into the thousands.
Among her on-screen looks were two Carolina Herrera dresses, a floral belted midi costing around £1,838, and a striped shirtdress priced at just under £600.

Another episode saw her in a £214 Veronica Beard striped midi dress, teamed with a Jessica McCormack diamond and gold pendant necklace worth £8,800.
In the first series of With Love, Meghan, she mixed designer pieces with the occasional high street buy, including a £291 cashmere jumper by Jenni Kane worn over a £978 Loro Piana knitted T-shirt, paired with Zara linen-blend pleated trousers.
However, she also opted for head-to-toe luxury, such as a £790 Zimmerman shirt-and-shorts set, £538 Saint Laurent sandals, Natalie Marie earrings, a Logan Hollowell necklace and an Ariel Gordon tennis bracelet worth more than £7,900.
The Duchess is well known for her designer wardrobe, regularly stepping out in labels like Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta, Stella McCartney, Gabriela Hearst, and Aquazzura, of which she owns 26 pairs, costing between £500 and over £1,100.

While promoting her lifestyle brand As Ever, Meghan has also incorporated high-end touches.
In a recent video teasing the second release of her Napa Valley rosé, she was seen outdoors with a wicker basket of flowers and wine.
Although her face did not appear, she wore her distinctive stack of rings, including her engagement ring, wedding ring and infinity ring, worth an estimated £210,000.
She also sported her gold Cartier Love Bracelet, priced up to £7,050, and Princess Diana’s gold Cartier Tank watch.

The clip ended with a shot of Meghan’s feet in £720 tan Hermès Santorini sandals.
The Duchess’s high-value wardrobe is not new. As a working royal, she often wore outfits worth tens of thousands of pounds.
For her engagement announcement to Prince Harry, she chose a Ralph & Russo haute couture dress costing £55,373, her third most expensive look.
Her priciest ensemble remains her Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy wedding gown, valued at £195,652, followed by her £115,915 Stella McCartney halter-neck reception dress.
