Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has so far killed more than 36,000 Palestinians, including 15,000 children

Failed Republican nominee Nikki Haley has been snapped writing “finish them” on Israeli artillery shells as Benjamin Netanyahu continues his Rafah onslaught.

Haley, who served as Donald Trump’s UN Ambassador, left her inscription on the shells during a Memorial Day visit to Israel.

The former South Carolina Governor expressed her support for the IDF alongside Israel’s former UN Ambassador Danny Danon.

She sparked outrage on social media, with users writing “shame on you”, describing her as an “evil person” and accusing her of being “corrupt”.

Haley’s shell-signing antics came as Israel continues with its devastating military offensive in Gaza.

The IDF’s onslaught has so far resulted in 36,000 Palestinians being killed, the Strip’s Hamas-run Health Ministry has claimed.

Despite the controversial move, Haley was unapologetic and continued to criticise US President Joe Biden for temporarily withholding weapons from Israel.

She said: “What America needs to understand is if Israel’s fighting our enemies, how can we not help them.”

Haley added: “The sure way to not help Israel is to withhold weapons.

“The sure way to not help Israel is to praise the ICC, the ICJ or any of those that are condemning Israel instead of condemning what happens.

“America needs to do whatever Israel needs and stop telling them how to fight this war. You are either a friend or not a friend.”

Haley and Danon last week confirmed they would vote for Trump in the upcoming US Presidential Election.

The 52-year-old ran against Trump in the Grand Old Party’s recent primary but dropped out after suffering a drubbing to the 45th President.

Israeli peace activist Alon-Lee Green claimed Haley also visited the West Bank.

The West Bank is not recognised under international law.

Green said: “Dear Americans, Nikki Haley visited us today: she went to the West Bank settlements and then signed on a bomb ‘finish them’. Just disgusting.

“Can you take her back please? We already have one [Itamar] Ben-Gvir [Israel’s national security minister] and don’t need your filthy death-promoting politicians as well. Thanks!”
