Melania Trump has spent fewer than 14 days at the White House since her husband's second term began.
The first lady has been notably absent from Washington during the 108 days since Donald Trump's inauguration.
Instead, Trump, 55, has chosen to spend most of her time away from the presidential residence.
She divides her time between Trump Tower in Manhattan and Mar-a-Lago in Florida, away from public scrutiny.

"We haven't seen such a low-profile first lady since Bess Truman," Katherine Jellison, a historian of first ladies, told the New York Times.
Trump has made very few public appearances since January.
When asked on Fox News about her plans, Trump said: "I will be in the White House and, you know, when I need to be in New York, I will be in New York.
"When I need to be in Palm Beach, I will be in Palm Beach."

She added: "But my first priority is, you know, to be a mum, to be a first lady, to be a wife. And once we are in on January 20, you serve the country."
Trump recently travelled to Italy for the Pope's funeral and made a brief appearance at the White House Easter egg roll.
She is scheduled to return to the public eye on May 8 to launch a postage stamp honouring former first lady Barbara Bush.
Administration officials insist she is at the White House more frequently than the public realises.
