Joe Biden's freezing incidents have sparked concern among medical professionals who suggest the episodes could be caused by a serious condition.
It comes after the US president was seen having a "statue moment" twice this week.
Voters have also expressed worry after Biden stopped moving following his speech in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Last week, Biden was seen walking away from world leaders at a G7 meeting Puglia, Italy.
As pictures were set to be taken, Biden was spotted walking away from the shoot before Italian PM Giorgia Meloni usherd him back.
However, White House representatives have dismissed claims the president was "frozen".
Some experts speculate that the sudden freezes could be a sign of a number of a serious conditions.
"Frozen, masked faces, diminished arm swing, less frequent blinking, [are] likely due to a central neurological disorder like Parkinson's," an LA doctor said.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Dr Sheila Nazarian - a Trump supporter - wrote online: "If this was just a normal, elderly person, I would not post about it. However, perceived weakness in our commander in chief is a national security threat. It affects us all.
"Right now, we need a leader who exudes power and strength... We need to bring back excellence, merit, and love for America. We need to reign in all this craziness."
Earlier this week, the Potus appeared to freeze on stage at a star-studded fundraiser before Barack Obama came to his rescue and pulled the president away.
The 81-year-old can be seen waving and putting his thumb up to the audience at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.
However, Biden then stops moving and stares into the crowd for a period of time.
The 81-year-old president also froze for about a minute before his speech became slurred during a Juneteenth celebration at the White House last Monday.
White House press secretary Andrew Bates claimed Biden was congratulating a diver on the floor who was collecting his things.
Bates blamed the "desperate" media for using "an artificially narrow frame" to make the president look bad.
