Joe Biden's own Democrat party have a seeming "lack of confidence" in the president despite a Colorado court ruling giving an advantage to the incumbent by disqualifying his main rival Donald Trump from running for president in that state, a commentator has claimed.
On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled against former President Donald Trump, after implementing Section 3 of the US Constitution's 14th Amendment.
It is the first time the Amendment has been used, and holds the power to disqualify a presidential candidate from the primary ballot.
As the Court gave their ruling, the justices stated that they "do not reach these conclusions lightly", and are "mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions now before us".

Reacting to the decision, Donald Trump hit out at current President Joe Biden, branding him "crooked".
Trump fumed: "It's no wonder Crooked Joe Biden and the far left lunatics are desperate to stop us by any means necessary. They are willing to violate the US Constitutions at levels never seen before in order to win this election. Joe Biden is a threat to democracy."
The decision however does not stop Donald Trump from running for the election in the other US states.
Trump's campaign team are set to appeal the decision with the US Supreme Court, and called the ruling "completely flawed".
Speaking to GB News, Greg Swenson of Republicans Overseas UK said the Democrats are "starting to worry" that rival Trump could now "beat" Biden in next year's election.
Swenson revealed: "I think the Democrats want Trump to be the candidate, or at least they did a few months ago, now that it looks like he will be the candidate, they're starting to worry that he could beat President Biden.
"And that's probably another reason we saw some of these cases that are being prosecuted to get rid of Trump, to get him off the ballot.
"I don't know that it'll work, but I think there's a real lack of confidence in Biden right now, and you didn't have that six or nine months ago. I think the Democrats are really worried about President Biden's chances."

Swenson predicted that the result in Colorado could result in a "bump" in poll ratings for the former President.
Speaking of Trump's latest chances at becoming US leader again, Swenson told GB News: "I think that it's very likely to go to the Supreme Court and it's likely to go there quickly.
"This will probably give him another bump in the polls. He's obviously gotten major bumps from the indictments and of course the mug shot.
"I'd rather see Ron De Santis be elected or win the nomination and The White House, I think he'd be a better President.
"But that doesn't mean I want unelected bureaucrats or judges or a weaponised justice system to decide who should be on the ballot or not. So I think this is a mistake."
