Adult actress Stormy Daniels has claimed she spanked ex-President Donald Trump with a magazine emblazoned with his face on the cover.

Daniels, 45, alleged Trump, 77, used a copy of the highly respected financial magazine Forbes to hit the property tycoon-turned-politician on the backside.


Testifying in court earlier today, Daniels said: “[She] swatted him right on the butt”.

Forbes published an issue called the “400 Richest People in America in 2006 when the encounter supposedly took place.

The cover included Trump with his daughter Ivanka and son Don Jr.

Several other wealthy individuals were featured on the cover of the edition, including Warren Buffett.

However, the author of the Forbes story disputed the claim by highlighting the “spanking” allegedly took place in July 2006.

The issue was not published until several months later.

Trump clearly contested the alleged incident, with the ex-President shaking his head as Daniels recounted her story.

The New York hush money trial at Manhattan Criminal Court coincides with a number of other legal challenges to Trump.

Trump, who is hoping to emulate Grover Cleveland is becoming just the second Commander-in-Chief to serve two non-consecutive in the White House, also faces charges for his involvement in the January 6 insurrection and mishandling of classified documents.

Trump is accused of paying Daniels $130,000 to ensure her silence about an alleged affair between the pair in the run-up to the 2016 US Presidential Election.

Despite losing the popular vote, Trump went on to defeat ex-First Lady Hillary Clinton after carrying several key swing states.

Recent opinion polls suggest Trump could return to the Oval Office.

The 77-year-old is 1.2 per cent ahead of his White House successor Joe Biden.

Trump could win on November 5 without winning the popular vote, with the 45th President pinning his hopes on reclaiming Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Legal obstacles would not prevent Trump from running for the White House but could prove problematic with US voters.
