"STAY TUNED! President DJT," the post added.
It comes after Mr Trump's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Anchorage, Alaska.
The US President had earlier made a post criticising "FAKE NEWS".
"If I got Russia to give up Moscow as part of the Deal, the Fake News, and their PARTNER, the Radical Left Democrats, would say I made a terrible mistake and a very bad deal," Mr Trump wrote.

"That's why they are the FAKE NEWS! Also, they should talk about the 6 WARS, etc., I JUST STOPPED!!! MAGA."
The posts come after reports of Mr Trump supporting a plan for Ukraine to cede territory to Russia to secure an end to the war.
Sources told the Guardian that Mr Putin demanded Ukraine withdraw from Donbas - made up of Donetsk and Luhansk regions - as a condition for ending the war.
It was reported that the Russia President offered a freeze along the remaining frontlines.

Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff said Russia had also "made some concessions".
"The Russians made some concessions at the table with regard to all five of those regions," Mr Witkoff said.
He added that Donetsk region constitutes an "important discussion" - which he said would happen tomorrow.
"Hopefully we can cut through and make some decisions right then and there on that," Mr Witkoff said.
The BBC reported that Kyiv residents felt like the US was "turning its back on us".
"The signs don't tell us about good expectations for tomorrow," 35-year-old Iryna Levchuk said at a market on Sunday.
Another resident, Dmitrii, did not agree with the idea of Ukraine handing over territory to Russia.
"This won't work - none of this work," he said.
"You've got to explain to the people that they need to negotiate with the terrorists.
"The country that was a very powerful ally is just turning its back on us."
