GB News is set to host a televised leadership event between the two final Tory candidates later this month.
The two MPs will debate their ideas for Britain and the future of their party with Conservative members live on The People's Channel.
The final two candidates will take part in the special GB News programme on October 17.
GB News Editorial Director Michael Booker said: "We are delighted to be broadcasting this hugely important moment where the country gets to see the final two candidates explain why they should be leader.
"It will be a fascinating evening and pivotal for the future of the Conservative Party - and the UK."
Kemi Badenoch, Robert Jenrick, James Cleverly and Tom Tugendhat are currently all battling it out to replace Rishi Sunak at the top of the party.
After making their pitches for the top job to Tory MPs, the Conservative Parliamentary Party will whittle down the candidates to just two by October 10.
The remaining MPs will then have until October 31 to make their case to Conservative Party members as to why they should be the next leader of their party.
The new leader will be announced on November 2.
More details about the special GB News programme will be announced in the coming weeks and will be broadcast live on television, online and on GB News Radio on DAB+.
