Dawn Neesom has launched a scathing attack on MPs preparing for their summer break as police chiefs have warned that Britain faces potential violent disorder linked to migrant accommodation.
Speaking on GB News, the host expressed disbelief that parliamentarians could be "packing your suitcase, packing your swimming costume" whilst the nation confronts mounting tensions.
The host said: "I don’t want anyone to particularly follow the example many of them are setting at the moment. I get that they need a holiday.
"If you have a holiday obviously you come back fully charged up. I understand that they need a rest.

"But when you have on the front page of The Telegraph today: “Police not ready for summer of unrest.” You’re supposedly running the country, how can you be packing your suitcase, packing your swimming costume, and going, “Yeah, whatever. I’ll deal with that when I get back”?
Co-hots Ben Leo asked: "So, what would you like them to do?"
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Dawn said: "I’d like them to do something about the chaos we seem to be having."
Ben questioned her: "How does that manifest? Would you like them to get up in the Commons and give a rousing speech? Or what would you like?"
Dawn responded: "I’d like them to start tackling the problems actually doing something, not just talking about it. That’s what I want them to do. I want them to stop just talking about it and start taking action.
"We’ve had Angela Rayner on the left warning about it, Nigel Farage on the right warning about it, and the Police Federation today warning about the summer.
"And you know what? July 27th, this Sunday, is exactly one year from the Southport riots."
Parliament enters its annual summer recess from late July until early September, meaning no debates, votes or committee meetings will occur during this period.
It comes as recent demonstrations outside the Bell Hotel in Epping descended into violence, with protesters hurling bottles and flares at police lines, resulting in injuries to eight officers.
The disturbances have already cost £100,000, forcing Essex Police to request assistance from neighbouring forces to manage the situation.
The protests erupted following allegations that a migrant housed at the facility had sexually assaulted a teenage girl shortly after arriving in Britain.
Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has warned cabinet colleagues that Britain risks repeating last year's summer disturbances unless "the Government shows it can address people's concerns."
