Foreign judges should not be able to tell us that we cannot deport foreign criminals.
This is Dorian Puka is Albanian, 28-years-old, and he's been jailed for burglary and deported twice.
He sneaked back into Britain.
He's posted a video of himself driving a £300,000 Ferrari. We are powerless to deport him until his latest asylum claim has been fully heard and even if we do decide to, he'll just go to the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights) and they'll probably let him stay.

Like this other Albanian criminal Ardit Binaj, who also liked to rob people. Binaj entered the UK illegally in a lorry in 2014 before being arrested the next year for burglary. He was jailed for 30 months in 2016 for the break-in, alongside a six-month prison term for another burglary and 18 weeks for a separate theft. He was freed six months later, and deported.
Within months he broke back into Britain and found himself a Lithuanian girlfriend, who he had a child with. He then used the ECHR's 'right to a family life' to be allowed to stay in Britain. The whole thing is a joke.
But they're not the only ones - we've had rapists, murderers and terrorists.
Like Wahbi Mohammed who plotted the infamous July 2005 failed bombings in London, which came weeks after the 7/7 bombings which killed 52.
The Somalian national was imprisoned for 17 years, before seeing his sentence reduced to 13 on appeal. He cannot be deported after arguing that he may face inhumane treatment in his native country, which would breach Article 3 of the ECHR.
Ismail Abdurahman, One of Mohammed’s accomplices, was jailed for ten years in 2008, which was reduced to eight on appeal. However, his lawyers successfully argued that if he was sent back to Somalia his human rights may be breached.
The Government were forced to pay Abdurahman £13,000 after the ECHR found that Scotland Yard failed to ensure his rights to a fair trial and legal assistance.
In August 2021 he was jailed again, this time for eight months, for breaching his bail conditions.
Some of these foreign judges are from Bosnia, Monaco, Armenia, Andorra, Slovenia, San Marino - San Marino has a population of 33,660. You could fit their entire population into Brighton and Hove Albion's football stadium.
People always say: Only Belarus and Russia aren't in the ECHR - yeh well neither are Canada, Japan and Australia, and they're not exactly despotic regimes are they?
People say: Oh Winston Churchill helped to create the ECHR. Ok, Winston Churchill did not help create the ECHR so that Albanian drug lords and Islamist terrorists could be told they could stay in Britain by a judge from a country that is essentially a hernia in the stomach of Italy.
We need to either ignore the ECHR, or leave.
