Starmer's revolution began three years before taking power. It is close to becoming irreversible - Alex Story

Then he was scandalised. The police, you see, stood in defence of “free enterprise” and, by extension, private property. Something, therefore, needed to be done.

At the time, Starmer truly believed the Soviet Union to be the workers’ paradise. However, across the USSR, central control of the means of production was failing.

As a potential remedy, the “self-managing socialism” concept was developed. What did it imply? The state would only have a coordinating role, but “various self-managing initiatives” would be “brought together” at “a local, regional, national or international level”, Keir wrote breathlessly.

Importantly, while self-managing socialism would be funded by the taxpayer centrally, it would coordinate Hydra-like from the “bottom up”.

The revolution, in other words, would be decentralised but state-funded through a dense network of “grass root” organisations, such as charities, non-governmental organisations, councils, trade unions, devolved authorities and anti-British nationalist parties.

In short, as Socialist Alternatives makes clear, the monolithic “middle-class, white, married, home-owning” man steeped in a Christian world view would inadvertently subsidise his own demise. The focus of their hatred, their sacrificial workhorse so to speak, would be the “Pale, Male and Stale” English Tory “scum”.

After all, he had voted for Thatcher and opted for Brexit - unforgivable. He was and is filth. Further, parliament would be bypassed as much as possible.

Instead, government would be directed by special interest groups, or “minorities”, all “agents of Socialist Transformation” working for “an alternative socialist hegemony”, purposefully out of touch with an irrelevant electorate.

To make this work, group differences would need to be ignored. There was, as they realised, “no a priory harmony between all the component parts of the alternative movement”.

Today, much of that vision has come to pass. We live in an alternative socialist hegemony. In this Brave New World, the police and the Socialist Workers Party are in theological communion.

The police, in other words, are impartial but from a Socialist Workers Party perspective. How could such a transformation happen so fast? A few milestones on that miserable road to perdition spring to mind.

In 1999, the Macpherson Inquiry was published. In it, the police were branded (outrageously) “institutionally racist”.

Suddenly, hostage to its eternal and ideological enemies, a Stockholm Syndrome-afflicted police force immersed itself, body and soul, into the infernal den of progressive politics.

A little later, in 2002, Blair’s Cabinet Office redefined the meaning of charities. Redefining words is a key tool in the armoury of the Left, designed to confuse for long enough to make things irreversible.

Before Blair, lobbying “could not be a charity’s ‘dominant’ activity”. It could only be “incidental”, therefore immaterial.

However, the Cabinet Office’s strategy unit changed that. Charities must “perform a valuable role in campaigning for social change.”

“The guidelines on campaigning should be revised to encourage charities to play this role to the fullest extent.”

From then on, everything changed. Politicised charities received floods of taxpayer money. The revolution was, from then on, permanently funded.

Furthermore, to crystallise the cherished “Socialist Hegemony”, Labour passed the Equality Bill in 2010, becoming our officialdom’s new constitution, replacing, to their minds, the 1689 Bill of Rights.

In this new paradigm, there would be a long list of people with protected characteristics, excluding the “Tory” Englishman, creating de facto a caste system.

Thanks to this long march through our institutions, our very own flag has become a symbol of “Hate”.

Only a few years ago, it was our everything. So fast have things developed that flags of other existing or non-existent nations, such as Pakistan or Palestine, respectively, are waved, incredibly, as symbols of multicultural emancipation. Having changed the meaning of charity, Labour redefined patriotism.

In a pamphlet entitled “The Road Ahead” published in 2021 by the Fabian Society, Starmer writes “patriotism is an attempt to unite people of different backgrounds”.

A nonsensical definition, which disagrees totally with that of the Cambridge Dictionary, which tells us that patriotism is “the feeling of loving your country more than any others and being proud of it”.

But to Starmer, that is “nationalism”, which is “just one arm of the rise of identity-based politics in the Western world that has done immense damage to the progressive cause”.

It must, therefore, be eradicated. The hypocrisy, though, is astounding. The left lives off identity politics, officialising apartheid-like racism and division, all to destroy English conservatism and deny the nation, her flag, and her borders the power to unite, shelter and protect.

To dismantle the old Britain, from his perspective, and using the bottomless well of Marxist hatred as solvent, one must peel off the child from his mother; the mother from her husband; and the husband from his flag, creating in the process a mass of accultured, uprooted and hopeless individuals, defenceless against the State’s overreach.

In this societal flotsam, our daughters are the first victims; we are the last. If we are running on Socialist Workers Party lines, it is worth understanding the causeless, and therefore absolute, hatred they carry in their hearts for us. In 2016, at a Stand Up To Racism conference, chants of “Tories out, refugees in” rang out across the halls.

The chant was nothing more or less than a policy announcement. From the Left’s perspective, England is Tory. It follows that England must be emptied of the English. In their binary dystopian worldview, the choice ahead is as follows: accept the humiliations and your new non-person status or be branded a “racist”.

If you choose the latter, the Old Bill will do the rest as servants of the new constitution, under the approving gaze of the Socialist Workers Party and Starmer. From this perspective, official Britain is telling us that we are no longer welcome in our own home.
