Three children and a man were found dead at a home in Staines-upon-Thames yesterday, Surrey Police has revealed.
Officers were alerted by the local ambulance service ahead of visting the address on Bremer Road, Spelthorne, at around 1.15pm on Saturday.
The next-of-kin of those who died were aware and being supported by specialist officers after the deaths were confirmed.
Police believe the incident is isolated and appeared to dismiss any third-party involvement.

Bremer Road was closed to allow officers to carry out its investigation.
A Surrey Police spokesman said: "Officers were called by South-East Coast Ambulance service to a property in Bremer Road, Spelthorne at around 1:15pm today.
"They sadly found the bodies of three children and a man.
"An investigation is being carried out to establish the circumstances of their deaths.
"At this stage, police believe this to be an isolated incident with no third-party involvement.
"Their next of kin are aware and will be supported by specialist officers. We request their privacy is respected at this difficult time."
Chief Inspector Lucy Sanders added: "This is a tragic loss of life in our community and we are working to establish exactly what has occurred.
"There is currently a significant police presence at the location, and in the surrounding area, and we would like to thank local residents for their patience and understanding whilst we conduct our investigation.”

The force did so because of previous police contact with those involved.
A spokesman for the IOPC said: "We have been notified by Surrey Police about the tragic incident in Spelthorne today.
"We will be assessing a referral from the force to decide whether any action is required by the IOPC."
