A man has died and another is missing after a collision involving a private rigid-hulled inflatable boat.
The incident, which was reported to police just before 8pm on Thursday, occurred near Tipner, a residential district of Portsmouth.
The Emsworth man who died was in his 60s and was pronounced dead at the scene by responders.

He has since been discharged.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said: "Enquiries are ongoing to locate a third person, a man in his 60s from Havant, who is still outstanding."
"We are liaising with the Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) during the early stages of an investigation to establish what has happened."
