Detective Chief Inspector Chris Burgess, from the Norfolk and Suffolk major investigation team, said: “Our investigation is in the very early stages and this is clearly a very distressing and tragic incident.
“While we’re following a number of lines of inquiry, at this time we believe this is an isolated incident.

A cordon is in place and detectives from Norfolk and Suffolk police forces are leading the investigation.

The police have not issued any appeal for help at this time.
"The road has been sealed off with police tape and you can't get down there", a resident who wished not to be named said, speaking to the BBC.
He continued: "I spoke with the officers at the cordon and they said it was likely to be there for most of the day, but they would not tell me anything more than that."
The resident also said police were not allowing people to leave their homes.

Another resident, Daniel Seeley, said he was "absolutely shocked" by the news, and told the BBC that "things don't happen around here like this".
A 32-year-old man who lives on an adjoining road said he saw the cordon when walking his dog at "about 8am", speaking to the Norwich Evening News.
He said: "This is a very quiet neighbourhood and I've never seen anything like this before here.
"This is something like you see on the TV I suppose, so it all seems a bit surreal."
