Despite bad weather, more than 600 migrants have arrived in the UK in recent days.
As he touched down in the UK on Friday, President Trump issued a stark warning to European leader to get a grip of the migrant crisis.
He told GB News presenter Bev Turner: "You're not going to have Europe anymore, you've got to get your act together.
"As you know, last month we had nobody entering our country - nobody, we shut it down."
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
A day after a migrant died on a small boat off the French coast, senior maritime security sources have condemned people smugglers for launching boats in poor weather.
One source branded smugglers "completely reckless" and warned "more loss of life is inevitable" as smugglers take increasing risks.
Saturday's tragedy happened when a migrant dinghy got into difficulties off Equihen beach in northern France.
After the boat turned back to shore, rescue services found a man in his fifties in cardiac arrest.

According to authorities, more than 15 migrants have died in the Channel so far this year.
Many lost their lives as a result of being crushed in badly overcrowded migrant boats.
The Home Secretary is expected to use new laws to prosecute those who fill small boats with more than 80 migrants.
Yvette Cooper is understood to have ordered officials to expand the "endangering lives at sea" offence to specifically include cases where up to 100 people can be packed onto a single dinghy.

A Home Office spokesperson said: "The people-smuggling gangs do not care if the vulnerable people they exploit live or die, as long as they pay and we will stop at nothing to dismantle their business models and bring them to justice.
"Through international intelligence sharing under our Border Security Command, enhanced enforcement operations in Northern France and tougher legislation in the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill, we are strengthening international partnerships and boosting our ability to identify, disrupt, and dismantle criminal gangs while strengthening the security of our borders."
