Shockingly, his social media posts have been met by positive comments form friends and family, writing: "Good job".
Nikzad was sentenced to nine years behind bars for rape at the High Court in Livingston in June and will serve a further three years on licence.
His lawyer argued that he had not been educated about the "cultural" difference between the UK and Afghanistan, where child marriage is popular.
The news comes after it was revealed that a record 111,000 migrants sought asylum in the UK since Sir Keir Starmer won power.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: "This is a sickening case of an illegal immigrant from Afghanistan raping a 15-year-old girl, and then trying to blame his appalling crime on cultural differences.
"It is especially galling that he travelled through multiple obviously safe countries where he could easily have claimed asylum if he really needed to.
"Men with Afghan nationality are around 20 times more likely to commit sex offences, so this case is tragically not an isolated one."

|Chairman of Migration Watch, Alp Mehmet, said: "The immigration and asylum system is shattered beyond repair. It must be replaced quickly with one that protects our girls and women from lying scumbags like Nikzad."
Since October 2021, 33,970 Afghans have claimed Asylum in the UK.
To be eligible for asylum, the Home Office states: "You must have left your country and be unable to go back because you fear persecution."
Afghanistan has been plagued by conflict and a humanitarian crisis since the Taliban took over in 2021.
