In the footage shared, one suspect is forced off his electric bike after colliding with a car on Exhibition Road, throwing him from his bike into the road.
The man then tries to run away before being caught up by police, who taser him and restrain him, arresting him on suspicion of failing to stop, dangerous driving, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon.
Warning the suspect of the dangers of his crimes, one officer scolded the man: "You could have killed us, you could have killed a member of the public, and you're out here robbing people."
