Camilla's daughter Laura Lopes, accompanied her outfit with a rainbow coloured clutch and a navy fascinator.
The siblings attended the ceremony to watch the Queen for the formal investiture of the new Garter knights.
New appointments are usually announced on St George's Day but the chivalric and installation ceremonies take place every year on the Monday of Royal Ascot week, known as Garter Day.
Prince William accompanied his uncle Prince Edward in the procession this afternoon - amid claims he told the Queen and Prince Charles that he would refrain from participating if his uncle Prince Andrew was given a public role.
The alleged ultimatum to his grandmother and father reportedly led to the Duke of York being banned from the Order of the Garter ceremony at Windsor Castle, amid fears the crowds may boo him.
Andrew was not seen partaking in any of the public celebrations during the Garter Day. The decision was allegedly made at the last minute, as his name remained on the order of service.
Recipients of the honour today were chosen as they have held public office, contributed to national life or served the sovereign personally.
The appointment of the Knights of the Garter is a gift from the Queen as is decided without consulting ministers.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman said: "The Duke of York will attend the investiture and lunch today but will not be part of the procession or service."
Andrew was allowed to join the Queen at the formal investiture of new members of the Order of the Garter - including the Duchess of Cornwall and ex PM Tony Blair and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall - and as well as the lunch afterwards.
Reports fall in the wake of an alleged move by Andrew to return to royal duties, but Her Majesty allegedly instructed him to remain out of the limelight "for his own good".
The Duke of York was absent for recent Jubilee Celebrations as he returned a positive Covid test in the run-up to the event.
The 62-year-old was stripped of his official duties at the start of the year as he prepared to pay a multi-million-pound settlement to Jeffrey Epstein's sex slave Virginia Roberts Giuffre to keep her allegations of sexual abuse, which he denies, out of court.
